Successful candidates will be ARB Registered and play a key role in the planning and design aspect of our new and existing developments as well as have plenty of opportunities to visit the developments and see their designs unfold. You will have significant post graduate experience, sound understanding of housing developments and sufficient knowledge of current building regulations approval documents. AutoCAD Architecture and Adobe Suite skills are essential whilst knowledge of Sketchup and Microsoft packages is desirable.

El dorado is looking for candidates to fill a Project Architect/ Project Designer position(s) immediately. Interested individuals should display a strong capacity for critical thinking and design excellence, and possess a depth of experience in project visualization, Construction Document assembly and Construction Administration. For this position, we place a high value on strong work ethic and enthusiasm for collaboration. A high capacity for developing and displaying technical skill sets is required for this position. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of work experience, specifically those following a trajectory shaping the skills of a well-rounded Project Architect. Licensed architects are preferred, but licensure is not required for this position.
