Current projects include the refurbishment and extension of seven Grade II listed freehold properties within the Chelsea Conservation Area of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Role & responsibilities

- Reporting to the Directors, you will need to be able to work well within a team and show leadership to more junior members of staff.
- A crucial involvement in the design process.
- Produce technical drawings packages and construction detailing.
- Regularly visit site and manage all coordination with third parties.
- Manage relationships with clients and maintain communication at a high standard.
- Assist and advise with other ongoing projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- Riba Part III qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years UK based experience post qualification.
- Demonstrable experience job running complex, UK high-end/luxury residential projects (single occupancy) of over £1million, and at least one UK new build.
- Palpable experience and an in-depth knowledge of all Riba work stages.
- Design-led by nature, with good technical abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate well with clients and third parties.
