Brent A. Wood Architecture is a successful full services, design firm located in beautiful downtown Stuart, Florida. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. We have a diverse range of projects, including ground-up construction, commercial renovations, and custom residences.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for design and a love of the architectural process, who wants to be a part of a well-respected and growing firm. Proficiency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required for the position. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. We support the IDP/AXP process through NCARB for qualified candidates. We offer competitive salary and employee benefits.

We are looking to hire a self-motivated, talented Intermediate Interior Designer with 6-9 years experience in high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing presentation boards, schemes and budgets for new projects.
- Editing & plotting floor plans, elevations and furniture designs in AutoCAD.
- Carrying out purchasing and order tracking.
- Managing contractors and overseeing installations.
- Shopping for fabrics, trims, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
- Organizing furniture deliveries.
- Building FF&E specification packages.

A proactive approach with excellent follow-up; an ability to work independently and be self-motivated; and the ability to build a strong relationship with vendors, contractors and clients. You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat DC, and InDesign. Basic AutoCAD skills are required.
