Job description

This role will entail leadership of large scael, high-profile corporate interiors projects. The professional in this role will be responsible for projects from conceptual design through completion. The candidate will need to coordinate with the internal project team as well as external consultants to see projects through. Responsibilities also include space planning and FF+E selection and sourcing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses 8-15 years of professional experience with an emphasis on corporate interiors work, as well as a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design. The candidate must have great communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Sketch Up are required, and Revit experience is a plus. Responsibilities include space planning, FF+E selection and sourcing, as well as knowledge of local vendors.

Additional informaton

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with projected annual salary of $95-$125k, depending on experience, in addition to a complete benefits package.

Medium-sized architecture firm is seeking a practiced Intermediate Architect with excellent design skills and 4-7 years professional experience. Ideally the candidate has experience on high-end single-family residential projects. Additionally a strong working knowledge of Revit is preferred. The best candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for environmental stewardship, dedication to design, good communication skills and experience with all project phases.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

- 4-7 years professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
- Experience in construction document preparation and field observation.
- Comfort in working independently; demonstrates professionalism in dealing with a variety of high-end clients as well as vendors.
- Computer skills should include AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit(not required, but a positive).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills.
