12-strong, Central London multi-disciplinary practice seeks Senior Architect to run multiple commercial projects and take an active role in practice leadership. This growing office are active across varying sectors, including commercial, retail, leisure and conservation, as well as acting as executive delivery architects for other architectural practices. A multi-disciplinary practice, they also operate in interior design and quantity surveying.

This is an exciting time to join this office as they pick up more and more new work, meaning the practice needs to grow, starting with the appointment of a Senior Architect for their commercial division.

This exciting Senior Architect role will be entail overseeing multiple commercial fit-out projects, winning new business for the practice and adding leadership to the office. They will be very strong technically and as comfortable in front of clients as they are on-site dealing with contractors.

The Senior Architect must be a leader, self-starting and, with a clearly defined path for progression, hungry to succeed here. Commercial sector experience and AutoCAD proficiency is a must and any Revit experience would be a bonus. Bittoni Architects is a unique architectural practice located in West Los Angeles. We are looking to hire an energetic and talented Junior Architect to fill an immediately available position. Our ideal candidate would have previous multi-family residential experience and demonstrate proficient knowledge of single-family residential projects.

Current projects include a 28-tract local contemporary design planned community, multiple apartment buildings, single family homes ranging from 3500 to 12,000, and a new retail concept.

Requirements:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of technical detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience in project design, permitting processes, and construction management.
- Ability to work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives.
- Proficiency in ArchiCad or other BIM software platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on approach and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a small firm culture.
- Self-disciplined and confident.
- Currently located in Los Angeles.

This position comes with an immediate start date, and salary is dependent on experience.
