We are seeking an Intermediate Architect who is passionate about contemporary design, creative, highly organized, personable, and well-rounded. We have exciting new projects and offer tremendous growth opportunities in a collaborative and friendly environment. The ideal candidate should have:

- 3-5 years of experience in high-quality firms in the US.
- Experience in institutional, healthcare, and commercial projects a plus.
- Proven experience in all phases of design and construction.
- ACAD, Adobe CS, MS Office and Project proficiency. Revit is a plus.
- Excellent 3D Modeling/Rendering skills (Rhino and V-Ray).
- Excellent design and construction document skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional degree. LEED preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the US and English fluency.
- Current or imminent residency in the NYC region.

Our client is a full service architecture firm in Manhattan. They are seeking a Project Architect to join their growing team. Candidates must have strong technical abilities and be comfortable producing construction document sets.

Requirements:

- Experience in all phases of design with a focus on construction documents.
- Candidates must have experience with large-scale, complex projects, ranging from mission critical, data centers and healthcare .

Strong understanding of technical projects.

- Strong communication skills to work with clients and consultants.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/ Revit.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa restrictions.
