Candidates must have strong technical skills and be fully proficient with AutoCAD, and candidates with a proficiency in Revit will be at a distinct advantage. Candidates must have a proven background working on residential projects varying in scale, and those who come from a developer background will be at a distinct advantage.

Salary is dependent on experience.

We are seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with 6 - 10 years of professional experience to join our team. We are looking for a licensed architect who is design-oriented and has proven Revit experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 6 – 10 years of professional experience.
- Architect with License.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency with Revit software required.
- Experience in drafting proposals, preparing contracts, and drafting project schedules.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of architectural and zoning codes including IBC, NFPA, and ADAAG.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent design skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors in a team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

- Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Promote firm’s reputation through exceptional client relationship management.
- Coordinate one or more projects with clients in conjunction with firm Principals.
- Draft proposal letters and project scope description for Principals’ review.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Contracts, including Owner/Architect and consultant contracts.
- Maintains project files and records consisting of both electronic and paper filing procedures set forth by the firm.
- Provides technical guidance to project team members.
- Facilitate financial management of project, monitoring of the budget, and progress of project.
- Conduct thorough evaluation of all applicable zoning regulations and codes per project.
- Work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors in a team.
- Respond to emails from clients, consultants, etc. within 24 hours of receipt.
- Complete assignments efficiently and effectively.

Registration / Accreditation:

- Leed / ap recommended but not required.
- NCARB certification and Architectural registration preferred.
