We are seeking an Architect with a minimum of 2 years post Part 3 experience, who has an excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and is able to present ideas and concepts graphically using current industry standard tools.

We also require an Architectural Technologist who is conversant with all current industry standards and regulations and ideally be CIAT registered. Candidates will support project architects and job runners but will also be required to work independently when required.

SCB has an excellent opportunity to join our expanding San Francisco Interior Design team. Our award winning portfolio of interiors projects include both commercial office and hospitality project, so experience in either or both is desired. The ideal candidates should have excellent presentation skills and be able to work in all phases of design; from programming through construction administration, and have a strong portfolio of work. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is required and experience with Sketchup and the full Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is preferable. Applicants should be self-starters, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Individual strengths and focus can be either towards design or technical, as opportunities exist for both.

Intermediate Interior Designer

- 3-6 years of experience preferred.

Specific responsibilities will include the following:

- Develop design concept and related imagery and presentations.
- Drawing of plans, elevations, sections, RCPs.
- Detailing of millwork.
- Selecting finishes, furniture, and fabrics.
- Writing FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment ) specifications.
- Documentation of all specifications.
- Align selections and a design direction to a specified budget.
- Document and communicate notes from client meetings.
- Ensuring project design direction is clearly followed and that deadlines are met.

Senior Interior Designer

- 7-10 years of experience preferred.

Specific responsibilities will include the following:

- Ability to manage the interior design team and coordinate with consultants.
- Participate in Client presentations and manage Client relationship.
- Develop design concept and related imagery and presentations.
