Ammor Architecure LLP seeks highly motivated designers on-track to professional licensure with 3-5 years’ experience for full time positions:

For the positions offered, we would look for the following:

- A degree from an accredited Architecture Program (BS Arch, BA Arch, MArch).
- Intern Architect experience, with demonstrated experience with aspects of design and production experience (drafting, computer modeling, rendering, hand drawing, physical models, product selection, construction documents, detailing, presentation drawings, material patterns and sample collection etc.)
- Experience with high--end residential work (any of apartments, townhouses, or single family homes).
- Experience with custom or creative commercial a plus, but not required.
- Experience with custom millwork and fabrication.
- Experience working in small groups.
- Experience with NYC Design and Construction Outstanding collaboration skills, problem solving, and fast acting.
- Good communication skills with other architects, contractors, consultants and the experience of working with these teams.
- Multi-tasking/time management skills: the ability to work on several projects at the same time in either a design/ production role.

Phone skills

The position requires high proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite programs, Photoshop, In Design, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Rhino, Google SketchUp, and rendering software.

Refined skills in the following are preferred, though not required:

Freehand drawing and design ability, hand drafting Ammor Architecture is a small and growing firm with room for advancement. Excellent performance would be recognized and rewarded with greater responsibilities and compensation. Salaries would be commensurate with experience.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will involve working on a number of diverse projects ranging from barn conversions and bespoke residences to large scale developments and will include producing concept, planning and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will be currently running projects across all RIBA stages.

Required Skills & Experience

- Part III Qualified.
- Experience working as an Architect for a minimum of 4 years.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Experience working on all RIBA stages.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels.
- Confidence leading a team and projects.

A desire to progress their career and gain greater involvement in the management of the practice.

Salary & Package

The role would offer a salary of £33,000 – £36,000 depending on experience.
