NKB is accepting applications for a full-time designer / drafter to join our team in Syracuse, NY with:

- 3-5 years of experience as an Intern Architectural Designer.
- Bachelor or Masters of Architecture.
- Skill in the development of projects through production of construction documents.
- Skills in BIM, CADD, Excel, Word, and Adobe publishing software programs.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Professional & technical writing proficiency.

Responsibilities include:

- Work as a member of the team to understand and translate clients project needs and requirements into project designs such as drawings, specifications, code requirements, cost estimates, reports.
- Assist with the production of contract documents.
- Perform basic site observations such as recording existing conditions and construction progress.
- Assist with construction administration phase services and activities.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Occasional local or out-of-town project related travel is required for project assignments.

This is a full-time position; salary will be commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
