Conrad Consulting are working in partnership with a medium sized a medium sized architectural studio based in South Manchester to secure the additional resource of an experienced Architect for their specialist studio. This AJ100 Architectural practice are looking to employ an Architect to join their successful and growing design team after recently taking on various high profile and contemporary projects throughout the North-West region.

The successful candidate will be presented with the opportunity to work on projects in a broad range of sectors including: Education, Healthcare, Leisure, etc. You will be working alongside industry professionals and offered a clear path through to Senior Architect and on to Associate level in the not so distant future.

Ideally, you will have between 2-5 years of post qualification experience in a diverse, architectural practice, and will have a background of working on a broad range of projects in differing sectors. Due to the nature and size of this practice, you will be involved in projects at all RIBA stages from inception to completion, so proven experience at all Riba stages would be advantageous.

Key requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
- Hands-on experience working within this practices core design sectors (Education, Healthcare, Leisure, etc).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT systems.
- Experience at all RIBA stages.

Your role is to guide landscape staff development, develop appropriate fees to support project efforts, review cost estimates and coordinate with consultant teams across all professional disciplines. Design opportunities range across all aspects of landscape architecture from campus and precinct planning to site specific design.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the landscape architecture field, with proven experience in a management role.
- A professional Landscape Architecture license in good standing.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- A professional landscape architecture degree.

Other position qualifications include:

- Strong design and graphics skills.
- Technical knowledge of landscape elements.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under deadlines.
- Registration and Leed accreditation are preferable.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is preferred.
