We are searching for a Project Architect Interiors, with 2-5 years of experience, to join our team. In this role, we estimate that you will spend 60% of your time at the project site – a 2-million-SF mixed-use development in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The Skills

- Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s in Architecture.
- Architecture License a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Architect or Technical Coordinator.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.
- Experience in the preparation of drawings and specifications; as well as construction administration.
- Extensive field experience.
- Ability to direct and coordinate the efforts of consultants in all disciplines including structural, MEP, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, as well as current/prospective clients.
- Proficient with CAD.
- Familiarity with Revit, other 3D software and Adobe Design Suite a plus.
