Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years hi-end architectural design experience.
- Demonstrated work experience with Interior Design and/or Architectural Firms.
- Project management and strategic planning experience.
- Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and client expectations a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2015, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-UP, Adobe Photoshop, Word and Excel preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Registered Architect a plus, but not required.
- Structural design experience is also a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Capable of working on 2 to 3 projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated design strengths.
- Can coordinate with Principal in Charge of Design and Clients to establish functional and spatial requirements, design options, and project schedule.
- Initiative to keep Clients informed of project progress.
- Enjoys fostering collaboration with internal staff, consultants, and Client.
- Ability to coordinate a clear and complete set of design and construction documents.
- Understanding of NYC DOB codes and process.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensed Architect with current registration in NY State preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be currently living in NYC area.
