My client an international architectural and engineering consultancy with a long standing reputation of delivering creative and innovative designs has an exciting opportunity for Senior Interior Designer to work and lead development of Interior Design projects including healthcare, educational, and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion with minimal supervision, and for ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and promoting design innovation across the team. This is a client facing role with responsibility for managing multiple design interfaces, liaising with local authorities and coordinating with other disciplines and consultants.

The desired candidate must:

- Have a B. Sc. Interior Design, or equivalent and have 15+ years.
- Have strong background in interior design and project management of large-scale complex projects including healthcare projects.
- Have 5+ years' Middle East experience and be well versed in local authority regulations.
- Have strong experience in space planning, contract documents and administration, and FF&E.
- Be highly capable in Revit and have free hand sketching ability.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.

Incorporated is looking for a full-time Job Captain (may be non-licensed) as a regular part of our business with 4-6 years of professional experience and a B. Arch or greater, strong design skills, and exceptional organizational skills on his/her way to becoming a project manager. He / she should have experience on high-end hospitality and/or residential design and experience doing Contract Administration. He / she should be able to work independently with a wide range of consultants under the supervision of one or more partners.

- Responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions and can independently make decisions on design problems and methods.

- Building Information Model Management (Revit).

Requirements

Benefits

This salaried position’s benefits begin after a three month introductory period.
