Qualifications

- Professional architecture degree, B.Arch or higher.
- 1 – 3 years design and construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with design team.
- Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents.

Responsibilities

- Produce drawings for all design phases, conceptual design through construction documents.
- Produce materials for client presentations.
- Research manufacturers' materials, systems and specifications.
- Coordinate design with all consultants, including renderers, model builders and engineers.

Seeking full-time architect for a diverse range of architectural and design projects. Architect/Designer should hold a professional degree in architecture with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. Applicant should be comfortable working on different phases of very different projects, ranging from architecture to installation and performance projects. Applicant should have strong design skills and be able to manage his or her work independently as well as communicate well with the design team.

Qualifications:

- Skilled designer / architect.
- Professional degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in all phases of design, including creating construction documents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Rhino or Maya, Rendering applications, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
- Experience working on projects in NYC preferable.
