- Registration with 8-10 years strong architectural experience is required.
- Must be a results oriented, knowledgeable, articulate, and a motivated self-starter.
- Must be a licensed architect; currently registered by a state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- Thorough knowledge of accessibility codes and standards is a must. Healthcare experience is a plus.

- 6+ years' post-graduate experience working on healthcare / hospital projects as part of collaborative consultant teams.
- Major acute healthcare work experience.
- Proven experience resulting in high quality healthcare projects essential.
- Knowledge of UK Health Building Notes & Health Technical Memoranda essential.
- Experience with complex way finding schemes essential.
- Excellent design & graphic skills.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite required.
- Excellent design management and design coordination skills and package planning required.
- Experience working collaboratively within architectural and wider design teams essential.
- Collaborative team work and communication skills essential.
- Self-motivated focus to achieve project deadlines.
- Commercial workplace/ hospitality experience would be advantageous in this role.
