Our current work includes major house restorations and new builds, university buildings, restaurants, a nursery school, bespoke offices, a sports club, landscaping and joinery.

Range of work gives excellent experience for someone early in their career with a varied role running jobs through concept design and planning applications to production information and onsite design project management.

We are currently looking for a full-time Designer to join our collaborative studio environment. The ideal candidate must have 2-6 years professional work experience. Qualifications include:

- Proficiency in BIM CAD software, ArchiCAD preferred (Version 18 or later).
- Knowledge and experience in creating construction documents.
- Understanding of wood-frame construction assemblies and details.
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
- A strong work ethic with demonstrated organizational and time-management techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment.
- Actively contributes to group dialogues and team conversations.
- Demonstrates leadership potential.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks efficiently and within given timelines.
- Proven experience listening to clients, anticipating client needs, and meeting project objectives.
- A professional architecture degree from an accredited college/university is required.
- Leed ap a plus.
