We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Architect / Project Architect to join us on a flexible part-time basis to project manage our exciting ongoing and upcoming projects.

Required skills and experience

- Part III Qualified with a minimum of 5 years post Part 3 experience.
- Experience working as Project Architect on Residential projects in the UK.
- Proficiency in VectorWorks.
- Knowledge of sustainable building technologies.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Preparation and submission of successful applications for Planning Permission and Listing Building Consents (experience with Heritage statements is a bonus!).
- Ability to effectively manage all stages of the project from inception to completion.
- A high level of technical expertise.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Confidence leading a team and projects.
- Well spoken and written English language.
- Proactive and positive disposition.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
