Custom residential/small commercial design firm in Alexandria seeking full-time Project Architect / Designer.

Candidate must be an architectural graduate with 3-5 years (minimum) experience in residential design. Candidate must have strong design skills and ability to communicate ideas through drawings and model form. Candidate must be AutoCAD-proficient and have experience with the residential design process, construction details and construction documents, and building codes. Experience in small commercial (office interiors, restaurants, preschools, etc.,) knowledge of DC permitting review process, and/or proficiency w/ 3D visualization software would all be a plus, but not required.
