Requirements:

- Bachelor of Architecture or higher.
- 2-5 years of experience on multiple projects types, especially residential projects.
- Knowledge AutoCAD, and Rhino.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction document detailing.
- Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a current US work visa that is valid for a minimum of two years.

Sonnemann Toon Architects LLP are looking for a talented, highly-motivated and enthusiastic Architect to join our Bicester office to help with an interesting selection of new build and refurbishment projects in the health, residential, leisure and commercial sectors. Sonnemann Toon offers a supportive and collaborative practice environment with a strong emphasis on team work to achieve the best quality designs in all fields. Applicants should have a strong technical background and be able to demonstrate confidence in the delivery of projects in Autodesk Revit. An understanding of how to successfully produce detailed and coordinated construction information will be assessed during the selection process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Knowledge of UK Building Regulations is a must. It would also be an advantage if applicants have experience of producing specifications in NBS Create.
