- A minimum of 3 years UK post qualification experience.
- Excellent early stage design and technical skills gained £5M+ projects.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and AutoCAD are essential.
- Revit proficiency will be an advantage.

Good graphic communication skills, an organised and efficient approach, and commitment to team working are required to fit in at our busy close knit office.

Entry Level Designer

Responsibilities:

- Adjust red-line changes and develop CAD drawings from sketches and notes from clients and staff.
- Apply current building codes and typical construction processes to daily work.
- Learn and utilize architectural standards and graphic presentation techniques.
- Meet deadlines set forth by the team leader through independent work.
- Work in a team environment and take direction accordingly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all office systems and standards.

Qualifications:

- Professional degree required – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) and graphics programs (Photoshop Elements and Sketchup).
- Excellent graphic skills, both digital and free hand.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.

Intermediate Designer

Responsibilities:

- Interpret sketches to advance design intent.
- Utilize graphic skills, both digital and free hand, to accomplish daily tasks.
- Adjust red-line changes and develop CAD drawings from sketches and notes from clients and staff.
- Meet deadlines set forth by the team leader through independent work.
- Take direction from senior level designers.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years work experience in residential architecture on product types.
- Such as single and multifamily homes.
- Professional degree required – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- International work experience preferred.
- Revit experience.
- AutoCAD proficient.
- Thorough knowledge of the typical construction processes employed by clients.
