Join this up-and-coming multi-disciplinary, construction and property consultancy, becoming part of a team of Architects, Planners, and Surveyors in their Bromley office.

Due to continued success and a significant pipeline of confirmed work, my client is now looking to recruit an experienced Architect, to work on public sector education projects. You will be working from inception to completion and will taking a leading role within the practice, where you will be responsible for a number of public housing projects. You will be managing a variety of major projects for the practice, where duties include; providing the design services and managing project workflow and team resources.

Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be expected to manage their own workflow and be able to implement under the direction of the Senior Associate Architect, whilst liaising with clients and contractors. You will be working in a close knit team consisting of Architects, Designers and Technicians.

Candidates will be able to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Liaising with clients in respect of policy, design and technical matters and the programming of work, both output and financial, to ensure job profitability and the meeting of cash flow projections.
- Programming of work, both output and financial, to ensure job profitability and the meeting of cash flow projections.
- Full design responsibility for team and projects.
- Provide production information packages.
- Present concept designs at fee tender stage.

Required skills & experience

- ARB or RIBA Registered Architect.
- Full design + technical ability with the capability to provide design production information packages in a clear and accurate manner with good presentation skills.
- Good computer knowledge and fully conversant with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Candidates must have good communication and management skills with the ability to manage both conceptual and detail design packages.

Salary & Package

The successful applicant will be offered a generous salary between £42,000 – £52,000 depending on experience plus pension, 25 days holiday including extra holiday for Christmas and Bank holidays, life insurance and a number of additional benefits depending on progression.
