Job description:

The firm has an immediate need for an Interior Architect/Designer that can make contributions on a variety of 5 star/boutique hospitality projects. This role will entail conceptual design, acting as a client liaison, and selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories. The firm has a non-hierarchical environment that allows for growth and responsibility. Most importantly possesses a unique and imaginative approach to concept and creating spaces that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a degree in either Architecture or Interior Design, have over 4 years of experience in the luxury hotel niche and an understanding of branding and conceptual design. Candidates should be proficient in 3D Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office and have a demonstrated ability to bring projects from concept through completion.

You must have:

- 2-6 years post-graduate retail and hospitality experience.
- Less experience will be considered as Architectual Assistant.
- Able to liaise with clients and consultants and handle projects independently.
- Hands-on with good design flair.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good in CAD, Photoshop, Revit, Sketchup, free-hand sketches.
- Good oral and written communication skill (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
- HK & China projects experience desirable.
- Immediately available preferred.
