Openstudio Architects is a small and dynamic architectural practice looking for a bright, self-motivated and meticulous Part 2 Assistant or recent Part 3 qualified Architect. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a design-led practice and a desire to be involved in developing beautifully crafted projects.

Responsibilities will include preparing and developing drawings of buildings and interiors, models and images and coordinating project information. Perfect written and spoken English are essential. Vectorworks and Mac experience will be an advantage, as will excellent presentation skills and experience in high-end residential and/or commercial projects.

Senior Designer, New York, NY. Min requirement – MS in Architecture or Interior Design, min 2 yrs exper in Architectural and Interior Design, in-depth knowledge of schematic and design development, space planning and programming; design skills, leadership coordination and managing capabilities. Ability to handle complex large scale real estate studies for variety of clients (consolidations, stay in place renovations, site search), with scale of projects between 100,000-800,000 sq ft.
