With a focus on facility development and design services for membership based non-profits, Gro is currently considering candidates at junior levels who can demonstrate an ability to produce innovative design solutions and the passion required to join a new enterprise focused on cause-driven initiatives. This position offers the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, and schematic design.
- Interface with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
- Resolve complex technical and design issues.
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
- Assist in creating rendering, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to company activities, initiatives, and learning programs.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 Years Experience.
- Related architecture and design experience with a background in retail or community facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, with a rigorous design education.
- Flexibility to focus on a multiple clients with a variety of project types and multiple projects in various stages of development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Revit skills are highly valued.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch Up and 3-D Studio Max preferred.
