We work in a light filled, passively cooled office building in the middle of the highly energized South Lake Union neighborhood in Seattle.

Project Architect – High Rise – Become part of our high-rise team. We need someone who has a minimum of 6-10 years of residential experience with significant experience in construction document production of high rise residential or hospitality projects and the ability to work well in a collaborative atmosphere. You must be creative and service-oriented, have excellent team communication skills, be obsessed about details and quality control and an AutoCAD 2009 superstar. Experience and ability in Revit and Sketch-up is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a sense of humor are also required. A Bachelors degree in Architecture is required. Licensure and LEED AP Accreditation is a plus.

We are a dynamic and contemporary design firm that specializes in new construction/renovation of residential and mixed-used buildings. Rapidly expanding with a unique opportunity for long term growth potential. We are currently looking for a full time, experienced "Project Architect/Designer" to join our design team.
- Must have minimum of 3-5(+) years NYC experience designing & leading small to large/complex buildings.
- Must have a Bachelor's of Architecture.
- Must be a very organized leader with excellent communication skills.
- Confident enough to be the liaison between office, clients, contractors and consultants.
- Must have experience with CD's, building & facade design.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
- Must be mastered in AutoCAD Architecture [v.2014 a plus].
- Experience with residential and mixed-use buildings a plus.
- Strong detailing is a plus.
- JOB LEAD/CAPTAIN, managing projects from concept to finish is a huge plus.
- Strong renderers will be considered as well.
