We are keen to hear from highly motivated, friendly individuals, whose responsibilities will include job running, preparation and development of drawn and written documentation, and liaising with clients, consultants and trades.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following skills:

- Excellent design and space planning sensibility.
- Willing to work to agreed deadlines on a number of projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and people skills as the job involves speaking regularly and directly to clients, consultants and builders.
- Ability to take projects from concept design through technically proficient detailing and specification to delivery.
- UK planning, construction and site experience in the private residential sector.
- Confidence to work proactively and independently.
- Microstation, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD proficiency essential.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, to start as soon as possible, with a salary related to experience.

Fast-paced architecture/interior design/landscape design firm specializing primarily in high-end residential design is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect / Designer. Ideal applicant should have a degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program and have 4 to 6 years experience with landscape design, construction drawings and construction administration. We need someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized. Vectorworks, Siteworks for Revit and/or Landcadd experience a plus. We are located in the Miracle Mile area.
