Project Architect
26/04/2014Architect to join team designing multi-family projects for 27-year-old development company. Firm develops, designs and builds projects in five states: WI, AZ, FL, CO and IL with focus on new construction, historic adaptive reuse, and acquisition rehab. This position will lead our Florida design team and will be based out our Madison, Wisconsin office for a period of 1-3 years with eventual relocation to our Miami office.
Candidate needs min. of 5 yrs. significant experience with multi-family design, be capable of taking responsibility for projects from start to finish w/ minimal direction; be able to prioritize effectively, remain committed to deadlines, and support a team attitude. Architectural registration and NCARB certificate required. Experience in the State of Florida a plus. Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
