Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in a design discipline (Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture).
- Minimum of 3-4 years post-graduate relevant experience in internationally renowned offices, demonstrating professional growth.

What we offer

Salary will be according to the directions of the CAO (Dutch agreement on working conditions) for architectural offices. Community Living Solutions, an industry leader in Planning, Design and Construction of senior living communities, is seeking a driven candidate with considerable architectural experience to be a leader within our Architectural planning, production and delivery processes. The optimal candidate will:

This position will be primarily responsible for providing architectural direction to a production staff, overseeing the production of contract drawings and specifications and performing construction administration duties. The Senior Architect will maintain a principal working relationship with the Vice President of Design and demonstrate accountability to all staff members of the firm and the firm's clients.

- Degree in Architecture or related field of study.

- CAD proficiency for architectural design purposes.
- BIM working knowledge for architectural design, rendering and management purposes.
- Knowledge of specification writing.
- Proficient with data management software such as MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of applicable building and life safety codes.
