Elemental Architecture is seeking a junior architect to join our team. Selected applicant will be involved in the design and construction phases of a diverse range of project types ranging from ground up new construction and interiors to historic preservation. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have strong design and graphic abilities, and be a team player.

- Professional degree in architecture.
- 2 - 5 years post graduate office experience, LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Experience with construction documentation, construction administration is preferable.
- Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- 3D modeling skills & knowledge of rendering software a plus.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office Suite.

NYC Architecture and Design firm is seeking a Senior Designer with 3-5 years of professional interior design and retail experience, minimum of 2 years in the hospitality / retail field, as well as management expertise. Excellent computer skills that include AutoCad, drafting, and rendering skills. Revit, 3D Max and Sketch Up, are a must, knowledge of Rhino is a plus. They are expected to manage a design team, keeping the design effort within management guidelines, project schedules, and fee structures. Salary is commensurate with experience.
