Stanton Andrews Architects is an up and coming award winning practice currently looking to take on creative projectarchitect and Part 1/2 – architectural assistants to assist on a range of new projects. The practice is primarily involved in high-end residential projects but has an ever-increasing portfolio of residential masterplans, hotel and restaurant projects within the North West region.
The project architect role will be expected to run smaller projects through all work stages as well as working as part of a team on larger schemes. Ideally candidates should have min. 3 years post Part III experience working in a variety of sectors including private residential.
Part I and Part II placement students will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private residential and commercial projects at all work stages.
All successful candidate(s) are expected to be enthusiastic, committed and have excellent creative and communication skills. Design and graphic skills are required including a good working knowledge of Vectorworks or ACAD, Sketchup, InDesign and Photoshop.
The practice is located in Clitheroe a town 45 miles from Manchester and Leeds, situated in the scenic Ribble Valley. The practice strives to find a good work life balance exploiting the benefits of living in the country with good links to most cities. A driving licence is useful and assistance with accommodation will be provided.
Project architect position available immediately. Part I and Part II positions from late June. Assistance will be provided for a Part Two student wishing to complete the RIBA Part Three course.
