Ideal candidate must possess a strong design aesthetic that can be applied to a variety of project types including high-end residential, art institutions, and education. Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years Minimum Professional Experience.
- B. Arch or M. Arch required, Architectural Registration and LEED Accreditation preferred.
- Experience with complex projects in all phases of design.
- Skillful planning, and adeptness at applying code requirements.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to lead a small team.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced demanding environment.
- Expert level proficiency with AutoCAD, 3DMax, Rhino, Revit.
- Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Fabrication technologies.
- Capability to prepare construction documents and coordinate specifications.
- Working knowledge of NYC Building code, NYC Zoning and LEED.
- Manage client relationship through phone calls, emails, meetings, meeting minutes, etc.
- Professional and concise correspondence with team members and consultants.

We are involved in a range of work, mostly single-family residential, and including new buildings. We are looking for a recent graduate with exceptional design skills, strong 3D skills, and some experience in residential design. A minimum of two years professional experience isrequired.
