The award-winning London based design/build architectural practice, 4M Group, is looking to employ a Qualified Architect with strong technical and design skills.

Skills must include:

- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Technical detailing, drawing capabilities, and specification writing.
- Project management of projects and teams.
- Strong CAD and freehand skills.

The applicant should have at least three years of practice experience (post- diploma or equivalent) with planning/regulatory/tender documentation production understanding. It is vital to demonstrate experience in detailing of previous projects in high-end residential, both on and offsite. A knowledge of standard RIBA contractual obligations, project administration and a keen eye for managing information systems would be advantageous.

Portfolios must demonstrate: design flare and sharp attention for detailing, with clear demonstration of the ability to produce full drawing packages.
