Headquartered in New York with office in Shanghai, Archilier Architecture is an international design firm serving a wide range of clients, focused on hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments and other commercial projects. We are seeking a Senior Designer to work in our New York office or Shanghai office.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage design process for entire project; leads/directs the work of other designers and technical staff;
- All aspects of conceptual design including space planning, specification of finish, materials.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 10+ years of experience in hospitality, retail architectural and mixed use projects;
- Exceptional design and conceptualization skills;
- Understanding of hotel/retail operation such as Back of House and Front of House functions for planning purposes;
- Excellent presentation and people skills and ability to lead a design team;
- LEED AP and Revit a plus;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator.
