Steven Song Design Lab (SSDL) is a design-focused firm located in West LA. We are looking for full-time designers with exceptional design skills, capable of fulfilling lead and support roles on our high-profile international projects. Selected candidates will begin with a 8-week internship (paid), followed by review and consideration for full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

- Researching, designing, drafting, and detailing in all phases of design.

Qualifications:

- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 2-4 years experience in architectural design and documentation; mixed-use project experience is required.
- High level of proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Rhino.
- General knowledge of architectural practice including site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills (Chinese or Korean language proficiency is a plus).
- A positive, collaborative approach to design.
- Willingness to travel internationally for work.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employee sponsorship.

Like many practices, the client is / has migrated to Revit and would like to add an experienced Revit Architect to their team.

The requirements are as follows:

- Qualified Architect either RIBA or ARB Registered with UK experience.
- Revit.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in planning and design, development and construction process, including technical development, building regulations, management, professional advice and coordination of clients, technicians and all disciplines encompassed.
