Award-winning international design practice who provide architecture, master planning, urban design & town planning services for both public and private sector clients are seeking experienced Senior Architects to join their dynamic team to work on the development of design proposals from RIBA Stage C, working from the design brief for various building types developing contemporary design proposals to submit for planning, and then through to working drawings for construction.

Strong design skills to develop the building designs from concept stage to realisation are required with opportunities to develop the masterplan layout through to detailed external layouts for construction. Good technical knowledge alongside good communication skills with clients, consultants and contractors. Good report writing will be required with a good working knowledge of current Building Regulations. Senior Architects to lead the design teams, and manage staff internally and will need to have excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and personal qualities:

RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate (REVIT), self-motivated and a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and able to work to tight deadlines.
