Job Purpose:
The Architectural Designer is part of an in-house team of professionals that execute retail projects for a prestigious international luxury fashion house, within the Asia Pacific region.
Key responsibilities:
- Design development through construction documentation for retail interiors and external facades.
- Coordination of design implementation on-site alongside the project team.
Requirements:
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other graphics software.
- Employment experience in an international/esteemed architectural/design practice.
- Commitment to team approach, strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and openness to explore and grow along a professional career path.
- Note: Employment in CHANEL can fulfill NCARB IDP requirements.

Specialist award winning practice who work across many sectors delivering projects for regeneration, residential, urban design and mixed use projects are currently working on a number of large residential/housing schemes in the London area. Due to practice growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit several Architects with good design and technical skills to take these large schemes from planning through to completion.
Skills & experience:
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and drawing.
- Excellent working knowledge of CAD systems, AutoCAD and ideally including Revit.
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team, with a good knowledge of current housing guidelines and how to apply them.
- The candidate must be a team player, with excellent communication skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
