Fougeron Architecture is an HRC certified LBE committed to maintaining a diversified workforce. Current projects include multifamily housing, institutional, commercial interiors, and custom homes. There is an immediate opening for a project architect with the following qualifications:
- 10 years professional experience.
- Experience with multi-family residential typology required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team through city entitlement / permitting processes, project time and fee schedules, technical documentation, and construction administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & Adobe Creative Suite.
- Commitment to design excellence; strong communication skills – verbal and visual.
- Accredited architectural degree (BArch or MArch). Licensed architect.
- Good-humored, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused. We are a small practice (6-10 employees) and value designers who are independent thinkers while still being team players.

Richmond Bell Architects is a Salisbury based company currently looking to recruit talented and motivated individuals to join our expanding team. We are interviewing Part 2 Assistants and Architects with up to 5 Years post - qualification experience. The successful candidates will have at least two years' office experience (Part II or Part III) and a good understanding of contemporary house design, together with outstanding design and technical ability.
They will be skilled in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop. A sound understanding of detailing and specification writing would be an advantage, as well as exciting presentation and communication skills for this client-facing role.
