Requirements:

- Degree in Graphic Design.

- Experience in branding, marketing materials, and project proposals.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate.
- Must have strong organization, time and people skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Flash.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Architectural Software is beneficial.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above in architecture from a recognized university.
- At least 10 years architectural design project experience and excellent project management capability, with strong design ability and varied experience in Residential and Commercial Mixed-use design.
- Experience in leading or participating in the design of large-scale projects with strong project design operation management, the ability to comprehend the project and the owner's demand, and good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese architecture, national and local guidelines, standards, regulations etc. will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience of work in a foreign architectural firm with foreign architectural designers, international experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is an advantage.
