David Kohn Architects is seeking a project/senior architect with three plus years post-qualification experience to work on a range of residential and education projects.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience leading a design team through all RIBA work stages (or equivalent) of a significant construction project.
- Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in and lead a team.
- Excellent organisational and job running skills.

Experience of working in the UK and a proficiency in Vectorworks would be desirable.

RAFT is a young and fast growing architecture practice based in New York City working on large scale projects both domestically and internationally. We are seeking a design conscious, technically experienced architect with roughly 5-8 years of experience focused on technical delivery. Applicants must have experience leading a team through the production of a drawing set including consultant coordination, technical detailing and specifications/materials research.

Position requirements:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- Approximately 5-8 years in the role described above.
- Fluent in Autocad and Revit.
- Technically oriented with experience in all phases (SD through CA).
