This is your opportunity to work with a leading International Hospitality Design Firm. Based in Hong Kong, you will have the opportunity to work on luxury 5 star hotels and resorts across Asia. Creativity is a must; you will be highly imaginative and have the ability to generate new ideas and interpretations. You must be self-motivated and have extensive experience driving design direction and leading a team.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing design concepts from scratch.
- Clearly presenting concepts to Design Directors, Clients, and Operators.
- Provide design direction and management of the projects including manpower scheduling, projections and profitability.
- Efficiently manage several project simultaneously.
- Liaison between clients and operators.
- Project management and design team management.
- Monitor the work according to Interior Design contract of project(s)ю
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers.
- Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress.
- Provide technical drafting support, whenever required.

Requirements:

- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
- Must have strong organization, time management, and people skills.
- Must be self motivated and able to hit the ground running.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must.
- Willing to travel.
- Immediate available is preferred.

Also must have some knowledge of the history of design, furniture, modern antiques, architecture and working with clients.

- Prepare furniture layouts and plans.
- Custom furniture drawings.
- Create and manage furniture budgets, purchase orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- AutoCAD and Adobe experience to a high level.
- Work collaboratively.
- Experience with clients.
