An International Brand Experience Agency is urgently looking for Senior Creative Designer (3D) to lead their Hong Kong 3D Design team. You must have a clear understanding of brands and how to communicate them across multiple platforms. A strong background in events, exhibitions and brand experiences is required. In addition to creativity you must also be a strong leader, capable of managing a team of 3D designers to produce award winning designs.

Responsibilities:

- To work with the Creative Director to develop innovative design concepts in response to client briefs.
- To promote a high level of creative excellence by creating inspiring and innovative ideas.
- Clearly communicate design concepts through high quality rendering and sketches.
- Prepare high quality presentations.
- Research appropriate mood imagery and materials to support creative ideas.
- Attend client and site meetings.
- Understand and maintain client brand values.
- Keep up to date on current design, digital, and brand experience trends.

Requirements:

- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition/Environment design or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
- Exhibitions, events and branding experience preferred.
- Extensive design agency experience preferred.
- 3D Experience working with major brands in retail, architecture, interior, or exhibition design.
- Must have a clear understanding of brands and how to communicate them across multiple platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
- Proven knowledge of Vectorworks, Cinema4D, and Photoshop preferred. Other rendering programs may be useful. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent ability to sketch, visualize, and communicate clearly.
- Team player, must be flexible and have a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture is seeking an energetic and focused Senior Designer for their San Francisco design studio. Our award winning Landscape Architecture practice works regionally, nationally and globally and is seeking a talented, highly motivated Senior Designer to join their team.

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience (not including internships) and have led mid-large architectural projects by fostering strong conceptual thinking as well as organizing, executing and coordinating those projects. Must have leadership skills that create collaborative teams with the ability to engage in mentorship and professional guidance. In addition, must have a deep understanding of project process from concept to construction administration and the technical aspects that are intrinsic to leading successful projects.

Qualifications:

- Experience with commercial, institutional and residential design.
- Experience in preparing specifications, materials, and estimated costs.
- Must have prepared documents for permit submittal and for bidding and construction.
- Expertise in coordinating and submitting drawings to local government agencies with experience in participating in planning commission and other jurisdictional hearings.
- Demonstrated experience working through entire project process from concept to construction completion.
- Must have conducted periodic on-site observation of work during construction and oversight of compliance and plans.
- Must have demonstrated design ability with landscape hardscape; pool and custom furniture; fence and gate design (water feature and metal work are a plus).
- Experience participating in client meetings, contract coordination and development of requirements and specifications.
- Expertise in managing project costs and budget in order to reach revenue and profit targets.
- Familiarity with California Building Code and Accessibility Requirements related to landscape architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills that include ability to work with diverse clients and teams of designers.
- Proven experience working on different scales of multiple fast-track projects with conflicting deadlines.
- Master of Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
- Licensed Landscape Architect or Architect is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced with hand sketching/rendering.
- Knowledge of Sketchup, REVIT, 3DStudio Max and/or Rhino is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
