Award winning specialist practice that produce specialist high end residential & commercial contemporary architecture in London & abroad, are looking for a Senior Project Architect to join their small and growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project progress from its inception to completion. As Senior/Project Architect you would be responsible for overseeing design documentation, production information, ensuring that the designs meet building regulation requirements and client specifications. Your role will also involve project programming within the office and project delivery on site to a high quality standard.
Candidates must have previous experience of running residential projects through all RIBA stages including Contract Administration. Vectorworks is preferred with experience with design software including Rhino or SketchUp, advantageous.
Requirements:
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team.
- Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional).
- Contract Administration.
- Production information.
- Site Inspections.
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate, self-motivated and a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and able to work to tight deadlines.

Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, Inc. is seeking a newly registered Architect and/or Entry Level Architect with a few years of experience working in the design and construction industry. Responsibilities include research of project-specific components, code analysis, production of construction documents (plans and specifications), coordinating with sub consulting engineer teams, assisting with RFI's (Request for Information) and other correspondence, and other tasks in support of project development. Projects types include: Educational, Healthcare, and various commercial projects located across the State of South Carolina. Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited architectural program.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed the NCARB Intern Development Program.
- 2-5 year(s) experience in an architecture firm.
- LEED Accredited Professional, preferred.
- Must be able to perform work-related travel and have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Core knowledge on completing and assembling a set of construction documents.
