Our client is a globally renowned design practice with a diverse portfolio of cutting edge and innovative projects across the global. Firmly established in Hong Kong and China, they have a healthy pipeline of projects as a result of their track record and deep routed relationships they have built up with clients. They have recently secured some significant rail projects with the scope of works from concept through to on site completion. As result they are looking to strengthen the Hong Kong Studio with the recruitment of a couple of senior rail architects.
As a Senior Architect you will have a solid track record in the design of rail orientated projects understanding the complexities and nuances to strong and sustainable design for such projects. You will be an excellent planner competent designing from concept through to design development, construction and tender documents and construction administration. You will report directly to the Director of the Studio and be a leading designer in the team driving this project.
It is likely the successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Architect with 8 years’ experience minimum.
- Track record in Rail orientated design projects.
- International design firm pedigree.
- China/HK based.
- Revit competency.

Some of our current projects include designing new prototype environments for a “next generation” bank (including the building architecture, the retail interior, the interactive components, the signage, etc.), a retail storefront/sign at Times Square, and the design of an interior for a new business jet.
Currently, we have a need for an interior/architectural designer and team player in a fast paced design consultancy; developing retail environments and interior architecture projects from design strategy through implementation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, be a creative and trusted problem-solver, and possess the leadership abilities to bring a concept from idea into reality. Professional degree in one of the following:
- Architecture
- Interior Design.

- 10+ years experience working on team based environmental design programs.
- Solid Design Conceptualization & Development Skills.

- Ability to sketch ideas.
- US Citizen/ Work Permit/ NYC area applicants only.
Software & platform proficiency:
- PC Platform.
- AutoCAD (required).
- 3D Modeling Capability (3D Studio Max preferred).
- PhotoShop.
- Illustrator.
- Microsoft Project.
- Microsoft Office.
