DXA studio is looking for the following candidates:

- Intermediate designers/architects (4-7 years experience).
- Senior architects with project management experience (8+ years experience).

Candidates for all positions should have the following qualifications:

- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Rhino, Sketchup Experience in construction document preparation.
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.

Candidates for project manager should have the following additional qualifications:

- Project management experience.
- Team leadership skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction document detailing.
- Experience with building code and zoning review.
- Experience with NYC DoB approval process a plus.
- Experience with construction administration.

We are looking to recruit an architect with 5 - 10 years’ post Part III experience and proven job running skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. We are seeking someone with a background of mixed-use development and an excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.
