Urban Quotient seeking qualified candidates with 1 – 3 years’ experience, preferably in new construction but also in interior commercial renovations.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with strong research and technical skills.
- Experience in construction documentation, detailing, and construction administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit required.
- Excellent graphic and design ability, including proficiency with modeling software (Rhinoceros, Grasshopper) and a strong grasp of rendering and/or post-production software (Maxwell, VRay, Abobe Creative Suite).
- Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employee sponsorship.

O'LearyGoss Architects is a practice of chartered architects in Bristol, with a range of high quality projects across the south west. Due to an increasing workload we are seeking a recently qualified architect and/or part 2 architectural assistant, to join our friendly team of ten. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate to progress their career.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved with both small scale short-term projects and large projects with a multi-disciplinary team. We actively support graduates undertaking their part 3.
Ideally the right candidate will have:
- CAD proficiency (Vectorworks preferred).
- Part 2 / Part 3 qualification in Architecture.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- To be able to work as part of a team.
- The ability to be proactive and able to take initiative.
- An interest in integrating contemporary design with historic buildings.
- Fluency in English with any relevant permits for working in the UK.
- Construction knowledge and detailing ability is desirable.
