Established Chelsea based Smallwood Architects are looking for Architects, Post-Part 2 architectural assistants or technicians to join the expanding team. We specialise in fine traditional architecture, working all over Great Britain and overseas at the high end of the residential sector. We are looking to appoint an Architect or an Architectural assistant/technician with at least 2 years post part 2 experience.

The role will include:

- Working on high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
- Being involved in the design stage, preparing sketch scheme proposals.
- Preparing drawings and documents for planning applications and Building Regulations.
- Preparing technical details for production information and coordinating consultants details.
- Communicating with manufacturers, suppliers, specialists and contractors.

The successful candidate must be technically proficient and keen to engage in the design and execution of the extraordinary projects that we deliver.

They will have experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, whilst a familiarity with Sketchup, Photoshop and other Adobe software would be valuable.

Architecture firm located in New Mexico and specializing in animal care architecture is seeking an architect with professional degree and outstanding talents in design. A minimum of 5 years experience is required with expertise in 3-D modeling, conceptual design, sketch up, AutoCAD and knowledge in Revit. Hand-rendering a plus.

Candidate must have ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. An understanding of materials, construction and engineering systems is required. Designer must be fluent in both contemporary and regional design styles.

Our clientele is nationwide with some international work. Our buildings range from 2,000 to 30,000 SF in size so the ability to execute on smaller projects with constrained budgets is essential. No overseas resumes please.
