The bulk of our work is for not-for-profit clients located throughout New York City, many with whom we’ve partnered for fifty years.

Our 15-person office seeks a motivated, thoughtful, and detail-oriented candidate with a professional degree and 5 – 8 years of working experience, preferably based in New York City. Previous experience must include all phases of Project Design and Construction Administration including development of design documents, construction detailing, and coordination of project consultants and project team. Candidates must be familiar with complex building construction drawings and details, and researching materials and building systems. While we expect the successful candidate to work flexibly, potential projects will include new construction of supportive and affordable housing and mixed-use developments.

AutoCAD proficiency is necessary. Experience with Green Building technology, LEED accreditation, and familiarity with BIM and 3-dimensional modeling is preferred.

One of the leading Chinese Architectural practises in mainland China with an exciting range of commercial developments in their impressive portfolio, is looking for a Mid-Level Architect with Rhino and AutoCAD expertise. You will join their 400 strong team located across 5 offices and be based in their Guangzhou head office.

This is a great opportunity for a Mid-Level Architect who must have a minimum of 6 – 8 years proven working experience, who wants to work in a challenging, design-oriented studio practice within China. You will have the opportunity to work on Commercial, Mixed Use and Public Projects.

As a Mid-Level Architect you will have excellent design and technical skills with the responsibility for to look after Junior team members. You will be a good listener, confident team player and will have natural problem solving skills. Fluency in Rhino is absolutely essential. The ideal candidate must be prepared to embrace a new culture and work with the international team.
