The mixed use project is part of a large urban regeneration scheme that will transform the historical site. You will be involved in the design stages through to the technical and delivery of this unique redevelopment. The large practice has a fantastic reputation and you will be a key part of the design and the significant transformation of the landmark site. The client is looking for enthusiastic and driven Part 3 Architect with the following skills and experience:
- UK Part 3 qualified.
- 2 – 4 years Post Part 3 experience.
- Residential or mixed use project background.
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Microstation proficiency.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player, comfortable working in a studio environment.
- Great portfolio showing good mix of design and technical.
- Salary, negotiable, please include your current salary and expectations.

The ideal candidate must have experience with commercial and residential projects including expediting the permit process with the Los Angeles planning department, and have excellent research capabilities and project management skills.
Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $65,000 if unlicensed; $80,000 if licensed.
