Global design & Architecture Company have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect/Associate to join their team. You will have a proven track record of leading complex London-based projects involving both new and existing buildings. You will be running a mixture of retail, mixed-use and residential schemes and will manage the design function, coordinating between the client, subcontractors and design team.
You will lead a project team alongside managing scheduling, budgets, clients, contractors and be adept at handling clients. You will develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections and negotiate fees and contracts and be a key player in the team.
Requirements:
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor and design team.
- Design quality.
- Extensive portfolio of work in the UK, and specifically London, is essential.
- Retail, mixed-use and residential experience desirable.
- Demonstrable experience managing large projects and complex stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of design software.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit skills preferred plus MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the United Kingdom.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate, self-motivated and a clear thinker, alongside a strong team player who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and able to work to tight deadlines.

We are looking for an individual with an advanced degree in architecture, exceptional design skills and a minimum of eight years post graduate experience with a strong background in residential design. REVIT/BIM a plus. Must be legally able to work in the United States.
